Gifty Esenam Agbodza
Administrative Secretary
Gifty Esenam Agbodza brings over ten years of professional experience spanning client services, marketing, and development management. She holds an MSc in Management Development from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Kumasi) and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Wisconsin International University, Accra.
She currently leads Fifteen27 Consult as Managing Director, a global advisory firm providing structured guidance in exam preparation, immigration advisory, travel advisory, and business advisory for individuals and organisations pursuing international opportunities.
Alongside this, she serves as Administrative Secretary at WACAAD, where she applies her entrepreneurial leadership and administrative expertise to strengthen the systems that support the organisation’s work.
Before her current roles, Gifty built a career at the intersection of business development and public-sector engagement. She served as a member of the Doing Business Technical Working Groups under Ghana’s Ministry of Trade and Industry, and contributed to the Business Consultation Portal (BCP) project, delivered through the Ministry in partnership with the UK’s Department for International Development. Her development work has also included training entrepreneurs under the Ghana Jobs and Skills Project run by the Ghana Enterprise Agency, and coaching small and medium-sized enterprises entering agriculture and its value chains — experience that speaks directly to WACAAD’s youth-driven agribusiness mission.
Gifty is a self-driven professional known for strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. She holds a certificate in Entrepreneurial Training from the Empretec Ghana Foundation, and has recently expanded her toolkit with a Professional Diploma in Website Development and Search Engine Optimisation (Digital Marketing Skill Institute) and a Business Development Coaching certification (The 1% Club).
