Prof. Peter Kofi Kwapong is a Professor of Entomology and was the Head of the Department of Conservation Biology and Entomology (2016-2018), University of Cape Coast.

He is the Founder and Director of the International Stingless Bee Center (Ghana)

Ms. Quainoo is a Global Goals Influencer and Consultant with over 22years experience in the Developement Sector specifically in the areas of Management, Enterpreneurship and Innovation , Investment Finance, Trade and International Business.

Professor Ernest Teye is an Agri-food system technology innovator and a researcher at the University of Cape Coast. He is also a Pastor of the Apostolic Church-Ghana, the Royal Basilica Assembly, Akotokyir, Cape Coast.

Mr. Arne Dubecke

Mr. Arne Duebecke worked at the Institute for Chemistry and Biology of the Marine Environment and the Max-Planck-Institute for Marine Microbiology in the area of biogeochemistry before he changed to the realm of food sciences in 2008 by joining Quality Services International (QSI) laboratories in Bremen, Germany.

Prof. Rofela Combey

Prof Rofela Combey is an Associate Professor and the head of Department of Conservation Biology and Entomology, School of Biological Sciences, University of Cape Coast (UCC),  and Resident Bee Taxonomist for West Africa.

She has 15 years’ experience as a faculty woman in STEM, and 20 years as the Senior Insect taxonomist and curator at the Entomology Museum, UCC, Ghana.
